Tennessee is allowing a one-time grace period until October 1, 2011 to obtain the immunizations required.  A new immunization record must be submitted at that time.

Full-Time College Students
2  MMR   (if born on or after January 1, 1957
2 Varivax (if born on or after Jan. 1, 1980 only)
3 Hepatitis B - only for health science students expected to have patient contact (given before patient contact begins)
Meningococcal - not a state requirement but recommended
