Please let the scheduler know the nature of the visit when scheduling an appointment so we can allot an appropriate amount of time. If your concern is urgent, tell the scheduler who may refer you to one of our call center nursing staff. Many situations can be handled in our office at a cost far lower than a hospital emergency room.
However, if you believe your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do not delay: call 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room and then ask them to notify us of your arrival.
