Should I take my child to the pediatrician or the emergency room?
Please let the scheduler know the nature of the visit so we can allow the appropriate amount of time. If your concern is urgent, the scheduler may refer you to one of our call center nursing staff. Many situations can be handled in our office at a cost far lower than a hospital emergency room. If you believe your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do not delay: go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room and then ask them to notify us of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for well-child check-up visits and less than 2 hours in advance for office/sick visits may result in a $50.00 fee. No shows are also subject to a $50.00 fee. We accept all major credit cards for payment.
