Prenatal Care
The prenatal health of your baby is affected directly by the mother’s choices.
From the moment your baby is conceived, diet, exercise, smoking, drinking, and recreational drug use affect your baby’s health and future.
Take care of yourself.
Quit smoking for good. If you have issues with addictions take immediate action for you and your future newborn’s well-being. Exercise, eat healthy foods, wear your seatbelt properly, get good rest, and plan for the future. Learn infant CPR.
Most importantly, find a health care provider who will guide you and monitor you and your baby’s progress and growth.
