Take care of yourself.

action for you and your future newborn’s well-being. Exercise, eat
healthy foods, wear your seatbelt properly, get good rest, and plan for the
future. Learn infant CPR.
Most importantly, find a health care provider who
will guide you and monitor you and your baby’s progress and growth.
